I was uninformed about the age restriction for pap smears even though I had called and gave them my information and scheduled an appointment. (And the ages seen listed were not accurate online) I was not taken seriously and wasted my time. The people were kind but not helpful at all.
Very very friendly staff
Front desk staff is great, the kindest people. However, the tech took another patient in because I was 5 minutes late, every single office and testing center has always had a 5-10 minute grace period. I’m pissed because now I’m sitting here an hour to wait for them to be done then another hour to do my scan. Honestly so unprofessional and irritating.
Staff is professional and Dr. Yano took his time to talk to me about treatment options.
