I hadn't had a bad experience at this facility until today. I unfortunately had the displeasure of seeing Kristin Indermuhle this morning and, I sure hope that her day gets better. I don't know what had happened to her to cause her to act this way but, I have never been treated this poorly by a so-called professional in any trade, especially, healthcare. During her monologue explaining why she is smarter and better than me(paraphrasing and 100% accurate), all the while speaking down to me like I was a child. She told me that sometimes when you go to sleep later at night that you will sometimes sleep longer. Apparently, I did not recognize the genius of this statement! I was called out for making a face and told we were done shortly thereafter. I still have equipment issues that she also refused to address. I would just like to personally thank Kristin Indermuhle for absolutely nothing. Today was a terrible experience and as unprofessional as it could possibly. I have honestly never seen an adult pout like this and sure hope that I never have to again. I wish you the best and I sure hope you are able to recover from whatever you have went through. I'm just happy that I didn't have to see a full tantrum. The kicking, screaming and tears were next. I sure hope the next patient didn't get my experience.

The staff was very nice as was the doctor when I went to the consultation appointment. However, my PCP ordered the sleep study in February, it took them until June to call me and schedule it.

WARNING: if you’re a stomach sleeper, they are not equipped to evaluate your sleep. I wasn’t told this in advance or I wouldn’t have booked. Evidently, they MUST assess for sleep apnea, even if you have no symptoms of it, and you must be on your back or side for this evaluation. I indicated that I haven’t been able to fall asleep on my back or side in decades and was told that the doctor wouldn’t assess me unless I was on my side or back. After not falling asleep from 9-2, they indicated I could try my stomach. But they need a minimum of six hours of sleep to be a viable study, and they wake you up at 5AM, so I only got maybe 30% of the requisite time. So all I got out of the experience was a failed study and not sleeping one night, and I get to pay probably thousands of dollars for that privilege. That said, the staff on site were great and apologetic about the situation and generally were very helpful otherwise.

My 7year old had an appt there last night. Every single person we encountered was so friendly. Our tech/nurse was especially kind and patient. My daughter was nervous and the nurse walked her through every step and took breaks when needed. She never once seemed annoyed or bothered by my daughters hyper attitude. This was a super pleasant experience all the way around. Definitely worth the 2hr trip there!

Other than having to wait months to get a study done, it was good up until the in clinic sleep study. I have no idea how anyone with sleep problems can sleep there. The walls are thin and I could hear everything going on, from gasping to babies crying. There was an LED light from one of the machines by the bed shining directly in my face. when the tech came in, they shone a flashlight in my face. At 2am, I was told my study would be inconclusive because I couldn’t sleep. I wasn’t offered anything for my sleeplessness, not even ear plugs. I don’t even have insomnia, but I’m a light sleeper so I was very disturbed by all the noise. I had to ask for the earplugs in the middle of the night. I understand having to have the uncomfortable electrodes, but they did nothing to make it a calm sleep environment. I laid there for hours and finally fell asleep at 3am, only to be awoken at 5am. I had to drive home at dawn, not even fully conscious, on 2 hours of light sleep. I wasn’t told in advance this would happen, otherwise I would have had someone pick me up. I feel there is no excuse for that kind of negligence, at a SLEEP center. Driving without sleep is equivalent to drunk driving. I really hope this place improves their practices because it was an awful experience. I almost can’t believe I waited 6 months for that.
