I was looking for a primary care physician and I’m thankful I discovered dr. Vincent perkowski and this office. I’ve had nothing but good experiences making appointments when needed, and bonus, you can have your labs drawn right there at the office. So convenient. I’ve told family members because it can be hard to find a pcp taking new patients in the area.

Only if ZERO stars were a option... I followed April Edwards from her previous office to this one because I thought we had a close relationship. But it turned out to be a judgmental one where she didn't understand my perspective or respect my input on my own healthcare decisions. It's disappointing when you expect a certain level of care and consideration, only to be met with judgment and dismissal. I have been a patient at this facility since April moved to this office and have always valued the care I received. However, I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience which has now FORCED me to seek care elsewhere. Recently, I was dropped as a patient due to a miscommunication/disagreement regarding my personal healthcare plan. I believe that patients should have a significant say in their own health decisions, as they are most familiar with their own bodies. Unfortunately, this perspective was not respected in my case. Despite my efforts to communicate and resolve the issue, the response from April was dismissive and unhelpful. This has caused me significant stress and inconvenience, as I now not only have to find a new healthcare provider, I still have many medical issues that I'm desperate for the answers to. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend April Edwards or this doctors office in general to others. It is crucial for healthcare providers to respect and collaborate with their patients, and this office has failed to do so in my case.
