This was my first experience with going for a sleep consult I am an established Bon Secours patient for every other facet of my healthcare and am pleased to say that the staff and Dr. Bashir were amazing and met (exceeded) my expectations. Making an appointment was easy (and rather quick) and my appointment was informative, thorough and helpful. I left with instructions for next steps and a follow up plan. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Just get there early, the construction is no joke (Nov 2025) and the elevators were in high demand but I guess that would be another review!)
They hang up on you at 820am when the open at 8. I got hung up on several times and now the voice message comes on saying office is closed. Ridiculous and lazy!
I've had nothing but top notch service since being a patient these last 2 months. From the front desk, to the technicians, to the doctor. All professional, polite and takes the time to explain everything.
I hate to be redundant, but the sad reality is that every post online in reference to this office being unreachable or returning phone calls is absolutely true. I received a voice mail asking me to give the office a call so that they could inform me what medical office would be supplying me with the C-Pap machine they say I needed. I have called repeatedly every day and left several voice messages for over a week and needles to say no one answers the phone, nor has anyone returned my phone calls. This place is beyond frustrating. How can they be in the medical field and totally disgrard their patients. This is truly unprofessional and unacceptable. If you have another option, please, by all means, take it to save yourself from the stress of trying to get through to them and get the medical help you need.
Wish I could give them zero stars. The doctor that I seen was very rude and didn’t care about anything I was saying. Have off the vibe that he didn’t care and I was taking up him time. Was asked by another doctor how I was doing with my cpap machine let her know I was told I didn’t need one. Come to find out there were 2 reports with different information. With one of them saying I needed to be on the machine. Called to see about it and now all of a sudden that report they said I needed the machine has disappeared. Would never recommend this office.
