Dr Sonal G Patel is a great doctor. She is very thorough and listens to my needs and addresses all health concerns. I would recommend her to my friends and family. Her staff including the nurses are pleasant to deal with. I’m very happy with the care I’ve received.

Fast, affordable, friendly, and an excellent doctor. My only concern is not knowing the final cost upfront. For instance, paying $150 and then later receiving a bill for $26.50 feels unsettling. I’d be more at ease if the total amount were clear right after the visit, especially since the estimate was $150. The problem isn’t the $26.50 - it’s the lack of transparency.

I took my 1-year-old daughter to Duly Healthcare urgent care on September 10th with a 4:00 pm appointment. We waited over 2 hours and were never seen, so we had to leave. Now, weeks later, I’ve received a bill for that visit — even though no care was provided. To make matters worse, the billing department is extremely difficult to deal with. Every call feels like a dead end, and no one seems willing to help or resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this urgent care to anyone — especially parents with small children.

The reception can use a more welcoming atmosphere - smile seems to be a rarity. The facility looks organized and neat though needs some updates in some places. Staff and nurses are mostly friendly. Schedules mostly run on time but can sometimes be delayed.

My daughter recommed her Doctor when my doctor went into her own practice. Dr. Pajares is an excellent physician. Her medical knowledge is extensive. She has a deep care and concern for her patients. She goes beyond what is expected without even being asked. Every time I have a office visit with her I leave hopeful and uplifted. I also am very pleased with your lab. The phalbotimist almost always gets me on the first needle stick. Results of my blood tests come quickly.
