Valley Health Sleep Centers

Typical one star ( would be less if it were an option) for a Valley Health office. My PCP sent them a referral for a sleep study over a month ago. I cant get them on the phone, and they wont return my messages. I can only imagine how lacking the care is, if they cant be bothered with the basics.... Had my referral switched to Somnium, and had an appointment the next day!

Had my first appointment today. The front desk receptionists at check-in and check-out were very kind and professional. The Respiratory Therapist, Dina, was also professional, patient, and understanding. I really appreciated the way these departments treated me. I will share my feedback about the provider in my survey.

Made an appointment for consultation. Provided my email and phone number as I was told I would receive a reminder and confirmation communication text or email. Never received either. Called several times during business hours Monday the day of appointment starting at 8:30 am. leaving messages that I need to confirm time. Finally got a hold of the front desk woman at 10:45 am I explained that I've been calling all morning to confirm. She said my appointment is at 11 am. I told her I live 30 minutes away. Her answer was "I don't know what to tell you". This woman needs to be fired and find job that does not have to deal with the public. She clearly lacks any people skills. I cancelled my appointment and will never use Valley Health sleep. I should have read the reviews before booking an appointment.

Absolutely horrible, providers do not care about their patients and show little regard for them as human beings. They are scheduling 3 months out for new patients so it’s quite possible you will die before being seen if your condition is serious enough. Valley Health is atrocious in general but this clinic is especially horrible. I disliked everything about my time there.

Valley Health Pulmonary provides outstanding service from the doctors to the nurses and all the staff. I can call into the office and the staff always work me in and help with any questions or concerns I have. Ms. Stephanie and Angela are great checking patients in and answering the phones. Michelle works in the sleep study and the lab. I can never thank her enough for always working with me and going out of her way to help in any way she can. She is so thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable. Karen and Jacquie are patient service representatives who provides great service checking me out and helping me with any needs I may have. Nurses Latanya, Amanda, Teresa and Stephanie are great liasons between the doctors helping with my care. Pam is a terrific respiratory therapist who has such patience and knowledge assisting patients when they do various respiratory testing. I really miss Dr Wolf who was with this practice for years and years but I am happy Dr Hynes. He is willing to help and accommodate me in any way he can.
