Worst office I’ve literally ever been to in my life!!! The lady that schedules the appointments, Lisa I do believe her name is, the most nasty attitude I’ve ever heard or seen in my life never have I been talked to by a worker the way she has talked to me so of course I got nasty right back with her just careless they aren’t accommodating I’m a college student they schedule at times I have classes and then say well that’s all we have it’s ridiculous 0/10 do not recommend this office don’t even get me started on the doctor
What's a good experience doctor was great with the wait time was not good my appointment was at 2:00 didn't see the doctor till like 2:18 I hate waiting LOL
Good/Excellent experience. Physician and staff were very professional and helpful. Visit was timely and responded to all my concerns.
Dr Bernardo was very pleasant and thoroughly explained the results of my sleep study and what I can expect with the use of a CPAP machine. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He gave me good advice on which mask to start with. I feel much better going into this new experience.
