I’ve been having trouble with my sinuses. During my visit with Dr Slaughter he was able to show me where & what was creating the problem. I am confident that what he prescribed will resolve the issue. It’s awesome to be able to see the Dr that corrected my deviated septum 20 years ago again. I highly recommend Sinus & Snoring Specialist.
Dr. Slaughter is incredibly knowledgeable and is great at patient teaching. The office is comforting (not a typical sterile clinic as most medical clinics), and in-office is generally friendly and pleasant. The area I would consider needing improvement is phone etiquette, on 3 separate occasions the phone staff response was curt, condescending, and tone felt agitated and rushed. As new patients, we had questions about procedures and/or the clinic policy standards and the website/emailed information wasn't clear; we felt like we were a bother and the phone staff was annoyed and didn’t answer our questions.
As a retired physician I have had to access the healthcare system more frequently in the past couple of years. I have to say that Sinus and Snoring specialists, with Dr. Daniel Slaughter and his team, provides excellent, professional service and I highly recommend them. I saw them for my seasonal allergies which were getting worse, at my wife’s insistence as she had great success with them as well. I received a thorough work up and a detailed treatment plan. I had two procedures with excellent results. The pre-op instructions were detailed and easy to understand, the procedures were well explained and same for post op instructions. Follow ups with his team of Physician Assistants, I saw Carter, were thorough and all my questions were answered. Once again I enthusiastically endorse Sinus and Snoring Specialists with Dr Slaughter and his team.
Fantastic service for our daughter. We saw 3 ENTs prior who wanted to go straight to surgery and ignore looking for a root causes. Dr. Slaughter was thorough and attentive. We were able to get a diagnose because of the test he initially preform that others did not.
I have been working with Mr. Boggess, the Audiologist at Sinus and Snoring Specialists, and could not be more pleased. He is a wealth of knowledge and highly skilled in his field. Throughout my visits, he has been open and forthcoming, clearly explaining best practices, next steps, and what would be best for my individual situation.
