been waiting over 3 months for them to call and make me a. appointment. my general doctor had fax’d over my info 3-5x and i’ve never received a call to book me an appointment. I have literally made sure my info get fax’d multiple times and have been told to wait for booking to call me and it’s literally been over 90 days and i still don’t have an appointment or any sleep in my life
This sleep lab is amazing! The overnight tech was very informational. The daytime tech was also very kind! The room itself was way better than I was expecting! It had a large bed that you can adjust. You have a thermostat you can change, a white noise machine and a fan. Even during the day, it was so quiet you wouldn’t have known anyone was there. The bathroom was very large and clean as well. It had hooks for you to hang your equipment, which was very helpful.
To say the least I was a bit nervous coming in, however Angie went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and explained each step in detail. The compassion this young lady showed was heartwarming. Thank you for all you do Ms. Angie! You my friend are amazing! Daphney
I was high anxiety going to my sleep study because I didn’t know what to expect. I luckily had the best tech ever- Eric! He was so friendly and extremely thorough. I understood everything he was connecting me to and when I needed help in the middle of the night he was right there. Truly made it an easy and comfortable experience for me! Highly recommend this spot for a sleep study, they will get you taken care of and make you feel confident in the process!!
I was in and out quickly. They're very helpful and they provided simple instructions as to what to expect, how to return the equipment the next morning and how to reach them also. Great service.
