People are nice. Supply ordering is terrible. No customer service. Everything is by email. They altered there ordering process. Now you can't see past orders or when you are able to order new supplies.

I had an awful experience here. I paid for my services out of pocket and do not feel as though I got any answers for ongoing issues I have had and feel as though it was because I brought up issues I had. I had appointments cancelled at the last minute twice and a $400 deposit that was "misplaced". There was a lack of communication, explanation or accountability as to why I expereienced these issues. Had I not requested a digital copy of my $400 deposit I would have had to pay that twice.

No one answers phones, no one is available to help patients with supplies, just tell you to email an address that no one responds on. They follow up on nothing. Takes 4-5 emails to hear ANYTHING back, but dont worry, plenty of people to help when you have to pay a bill. That department is fully staffed. Absolutely NO patient service given after you leave the office.
