Omg Jose Esparza was the GREATEST ever. What a kind, nice compassionate person. I went in TERRIFIED with claustrophobia he helped me find the perfect mask. Having “the worst case of CSA” my doctors ever saw from my medication from Multiple Sclerosis I was so worried. He was so kind and reassuring. He even let me sleep the way I wanted and talk every panic through. He was so patient and kind. Amazing 20/10 of that’s possible he got it! Wow. I slept better than I’ve ever slept and I freaking remembered dreams!!!!!!! I am so excited and Jose is the BEST at his job. I even forgot my pillow and they ran it alllllllll the way downstairs. What kind, kind, amazing people. They all deserve so much more money than they get they are so nice. ( no I don’t know their incomes but whatever it is they need more) they’re the BEST. Ugh my experience I thought was going to be a scary disaster was so nice and reason

I can’t remember the technician’s name at the moment, however he was extremely professional, ethical and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and in good condition. The evening run smoothly. I highly recommend the facility.

Do you like being a squeaky wheel? Do you like sending multiple emails and voicemails only to be ignored? Do you want to be so disappointed in service you actually wonder how a place stays in business and if you can sue them simply for being so bad and failing to execute ANYTHING in the medical field? Well look no further! This place will miss every opportunity to properly service you and make it an Olympic Sport. I have had some absolutely atrocious medical care the past two years, and this place is right near the top! I was referred here back in early March. I called to get the ball rolling and they said to look out for an email within 24 hours. 3 days later after calling to inquire about the 24 hour email, I got a message that explained they will reach out to me within 3 working days to schedule the sleep test . 5 days and 0 emails later I called to schedule my sleep test. When I come in and tell them how poorly my sleep is and how I check every box of an extreme case they say I am in serious danger of dying in my sleep. Great, thanks for the anxiety about dying while you are asking me for 4 uninterrupted hours of sleep in a clinic people only go to when they can't sleep. Great patient driven process there. They gave me a take home kit and insisted I get 4 hours of continuous sleep. I'm lucky to get more than 2 hours at a time, and I move around a lot. I'm not sure I got any sleep, and when I turned in the device and spoke to someone about possibly trying for another night because of how poorly I slept, or if we could confirm if they got what was needed, and nope...they had someone coming to pick up my unit in a couple of hours, clearly showing that a patient driven outcome is NOT what they are after here, but getting units out to people to bill insurance. It has been 3 months and I have heard nothing. 2 emails, 4 calls, 2 voicemails and nothing. I told them I would be losing my benefits in June and needed everything processed by then. Both my sister and Real estate agent shared similar experiences and recommended the Georgetown location, so when I get benefits again, I am not going to bother with this absolutely worthless on every level "medical practice" 1 star because I couldn't post without it. Seriously. If your Primary care refers you here, find a new PCP. It amazes me how business can have such a terrible reputation and still thrive in such an important industry. We need to stop taking referrals to places like this so they can be replaced.

I was incredibly anxious going into my sleep study and the team at Cedar Park Regional Sleep Center literally made the experience dare I say- stress free? Suzanne is a gem and put my mind at ease by answering all my questions before and after the study. Jose, the sleep tech, was a literal angel. He ensured I was comfortable through out the process and made sure that sensors were attached in a way that when I laid down I couldn't even feel them (still blown away he was able to do this). When I woke up in the middle of the night having to use the bathroom, he was right there to help me through the process, making what could be a nightmare experience, stress free. Sleep studies are weird, but having a team that truly cares like this makes a massive difference. Having spoken to several people who have had sleep studies at other facilities, it was clear my experience was top notch compared to what some people have been through. I could not recommend Cedar Park Regional Sleep Center more.

Went for my sleep study and it was all around a great Experience! Jose was a great technician. He greeted me super friendly and accommodated me with water and snacks! He explained the whole process from start to finish! The sleep number beds are amazing and accommodating. They even have showers and bathrooms in every single room! Would definitely go back to this sleep Center and refer my friends and family there as well!!! Many Thanks!
