I believe that scheduling for 360 Sleep Diagnostic center is handled by a call center in India. I had to restate every single detail at least five times because she could not understand anything. Even my birthdate, we went back and forth on eight times because she kept getting it wrong. Literally everything she kept getting wrong. I had to spell everything out like “C as in cat, Z as in zebra,” etc. She had called me earlier in the morning but I was in a doctor appointment. Still, we talked a little at that point and she had enough identifying information to remember that we talked. She said she’d call back in an hour. She never did. I called back two hours later but no answer. So I called back 1.5 hours from then and she had no recollection of talking to me. In that last conversation after she had gotten basic info wrong for the upteenth time, I decided that this is not a place I can trust my healthcare to.

They got me my new CPAP, but did not set up a follow up appointment for me, order supplies that I needed, or explan to me how often to change out the mask or filters. After 4 months, I called to get things adjusted, and they said I had to have an appointment. When my appointment came up, they canceled because they did ot have access to my data. After I called the company that owns the CPAP, they said it is a simple memo that takes less than an hour to get approved. When I called them to tell them to do there job and get my data, they said we have access now. They rescheduled my appointment. When they called me, the doctor was not able to talk with me, and the one who called me did not listen to what was going on, ran though my report in under 10 seconds, and did not do anything I asked. I then called back, and got someone else, who took my info, and told me a doctor or review it and call me back. After a week, I called once more. I was charged for an appointment I never got, was not given any information that I asked for, and still had all the same issues. They set me up anoth we r appointment for today, November 13, 2025, which never happened. The incompetence of this office and the team thay works here amazes me. I have only spoke to a doctor once in 6 months, still have all my issues, and have no clue if they will ever do their jobs. Don't use them. Go to another state of you have too. Not worth the trouble.

Excellent!! from the front desk to the doctor everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The Dr was very professional and was able to help me find what best will work for me. Sleep test was easy and straightforward

They never pick up their calls, they mumble and are barely audible during their calls if for some miracle you're able to get through as other reviews reported. They bill you but don't give you a way to pay for their bill, it's quite ridiculous actually. I wish I had reviews before blindly trusting a reference from my dr.

Do not come here, read the reviews. This Dr will bill your insurance and you for multiple visits, is unethical and does not communicate with you at all. All she sees is ways to bill you and make money off of you without ever speaking with you. I have dealt with this since May and she has never apologized or reached out after complaining multiple times, latest after returning the damn machine only to receive another late notice invoice in the amount of $1,286. I have file a complain with the BBB and I am moving forward on retaining help with litigation against these scumbags.
