If I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for six weeks and like others my doctor insisted it had to be here. Six weeks of leaving messages without a single call back. You call the main scheduling number and all they do is transfer you to the same useless voicemail system. Not only am I not returning here, I am dumping my doctor for always insisting I use Edwards Services.

Horrible place. The day of my appointment I got there for them to tell me to wait an hour for the equipment to be returned. Then they called me and said the machine was down to get the information off. Then lied and said I was a no show. Ms. Shirley. Liars.

My sleep dr, Dr Beckerly wanted me to do a sleep study, she insisted that it be at the Naperville location on Rickert. She was aware that I had chronic intractable migraines. That an in person sleep study is hard on migraine people. Migraine people have to keep a strict schedule and avoid triggers to avoid our migraines getting worse. Plus Sr Beckerly noticed my REM sleep tended to be between 4-7am most days. When I schedule my appointment they told me to make sure the sleep study place was aware that Dr Beckerly needed me to be able to sleep until 7am for this test. So I waited from my appt with her in July of 2025 until Oct 8th for the study because they told me it took that long to find someone that could stay late. I went to the study completely exhausted. I have to flipped all night long from side to side due to stabbing pains in my ear because of my migraines. I also informed Dr Beckerly of this. At 5:30am I flipped to my left side and a voice came on the speaker in my room and said something to the effect of “Good morning time to get up”. What!?! Next thing I know a bright light was flipped on in my room and the nurse was telling me to sit in the chair so he could take off the wires. I was so dazed and confused. I later checked my watch and it said I was in REM sleep at 5:30. Nice for someone to wake you out of REM sleep on a sleep study and flip on some light. For a migraine person lights are a major NO!! He slapped down a clipboard on the little desk in the room and said fill this out and you can go. I wish I was able to think since I was still half asleep and I would have written this on the form and given them a true rating. I just wanted to leave. I marked I was in pain, that it was ok and left. I’m so upset with myself that I gave them a good rating so I’m here to correct it. I contacted my dr office to let them know what a horrible experience I had. That the accommodation they said would be provided did NOT happen. Nothing from my dr. This just proves how messed up our healthcare system is. I was put on hold for 15 mins. I called back and was told a manager would call me. Never happened. My dr office response was we will try to do better next time. It’s always next time. No! Be better now. Be better humans now! Why does a patient have to complain? Doctors make Promises and break them all the time. Don’t follow through and the patients pay for it. I haven’t been able to functions for 3 days since my sleep study because I was woken up at 5:30. I’m sure if any of these medical professional lost 3 days due to something a patient did it would be all over the news. Patients don’t matter anymore!! Watch out for yourself. I’ll be writing my congressman.

The experience was incredible. My 5yr old son had to have a sleep study done and his nurse Michelle was awesome. She made him comfortable with all the cords, wires, probs, and nasal cannula that was needed for his sleep study. She was informative, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Over all a very good experience.
