They do not answer the phone or call you back even when you are in the middle of doing a sleep study. They are completely unprofessional and I would not ever use this office again.

Waited weeks for someone to talk to, just to make an initial appointment. I called and left multiple messages and even tried different locations. After waiting a month without being able to get a hold of a single human being working at any of the sleep labs, I gave up. I ended up going with another doctor that I found on my own. Over a year later someone “returned my call” to schedule an appointment. Something is really wrong with the Corewell sleep center. DO NOT GO HERE.

Liars. Mismanaged office. Promises that are completely neglected. From the onset, this office has been useless. Now weeks out from a prescription renewal because, surprise, the initial office visit didn’t acknowledge yearly prescription updates being required (this aligns with the strange way they handle business, like hearing nothing about my post-study spare “go get this from Binsons”) and “oops, we never told you we had to get a yearly appointment.” Additionally, “we will fast-track so you can get the supplies you need” being over a week ago. I will literally redo my sleep study through another facility just to ditch these clowns. Do yourself an absolute favor. Waited on hold for 30m just to attempt scheduling an appointment. Had to hang up because I have a life outside of waiting on hold. When came in for the appointment, the receptionist was totally rude to me for no reason. When I saw the doctor, he was dismissive of almost everything I said, and seems like he was ready to leave the room for the next patient. I suggest you find another sleep clinic. This one is not worth it. For the record, the medical assistant was very nice and good at her job. The check out lady was also fine.

This place has been a nightmare to try and set up a sleep study. If your Doctor tells you to use this facility I recommend that you ask for a different office, especially if you have BCN. I have been trying to get a day to do a sleep study for over a month and a half now. If you call the office you have to leave a voicemail and at times they do not call you back in the 1 business day that they say they will. It started out that they needed additional information from my referring Doctor which I called my Doctor's office to have it sent over on more then one occasion now. About 3 weeks ago I called and asked if everything was in order and they stated "yes" but it will take up to 2 weeks for them to get everything in order and they would call me. After 2 plus weeks of waiting for the phone call that never came I called them back and left a voicemail, which was not returned after 2 business days so I called again and left a voicemail. They returned this one in a couple of hours but according to them they were still awaiting paperwork from my Doctor. Which is the same thing they pulled at the very beginning. The Doctor's office has been trying to fax it over yet again but apparently the sleep study labs fax machine is not working. I have pretty well given up any hope of getting a sleep study done at this place. It just amazes me that they supposedly had everything and then all of sudden we go back to square one again. Ask your Doctor for a different sleep study lab if you can!
