Good luck trying to get a hold of these guys. I tried calling and texting them multiple times with no response. That's how much they care about their customers. Edit: I changed my review from two stars to four stars. A day after I left the initial review the owner (or maybe the operations manager) of the business gave me a call and followed up on what happened, which was the professional thing to do. I'm not sure how she's going to fix the problem but at least she cared enough to call me and ask me what happened. She also took care of some of the paperwork that I was supposed to handle with my former clinic which was a very nice gesture.
Just picked up my home sleep study equipment. The initial visit was excellent! The doctor was more versed with menopause than most doctors I come in contact with and did not dismiss my symptoms. So far the staff has been super friendly and appears to be compassionate and empathetic. The instructions for setting up the sleep study are easy to follow and I look forward to seeing the results.
Dr. Ludwig has been extremely helpful. Anna has been excellent as well. I really do wish they would not use the app that they use. I had to come here in person today because of it.
Poor service. Focus is on maximizing revenue for the practice, keeping patients away from staff. A month after my appointment with zero follow up I called the office and spoke with Laura Cooper who lectured me instead of helping me. Totally ridiculous. Former patient now. Crazy it takes 2 months and counting to order a $5 replacement part for a cpap! Avoid.
