The office staff are quick and efficient. Friendly atmosphere and service. Nice office demeanor I liked that all of the CPAP pieces were on display to see them

Had a very relaxing experience. Cheryl handled my intake and monitored my overnight sleep study. She explained everything clearly and was very personable. The daytime guy was casually disarming just putting me at ease. Going back tonight and I'll rememberhis name this time! Bed was clean and fresh! I wish food was provided like other clinical sleep studies have done as well as a TV for the daytime but I can be a grown up about that stuff. Great place.

Highly recommend Texas Sleep Medicine. Especially care given by Cheryle at the overnight sleep study. She went out of her way to make me feel like I was the only patient. Explained everything and made sure I understood. I felt like I was in good hands which helped me to fall asleep very fast

I unfortunately need to reiterate that this office has horrible communication, with unanswered and unreturned calls. When someone is finally reached, the call is rushed and I’m left feeling unvalued as a patient and more like a customer. I hope the in-office experience is better than the months long process of getting an appointment. Update: I am pretty sure this small office uses a call center to manage their large call volume. Once I talked to staff in-office, they were fantastic. I am going to wait to change my star rating until the sleep study and consult is complete. We are trending the right direction...

Poor service. Focus is on maximizing revenue for the practice, keeping patients away from staff. A month after my appointment with zero follow up I called the office and spoke with Laura Cooper who lectured me instead of helping me. Totally ridiculous. Former patient now. Crazy it takes 2 months and counting to order a $5 replacement part for a cpap! Avoid.
