I brought my wife here for a scheduled skin tag removal appointment and she paid $183 upfront.Once she was taken in, her blood pressure was checked, and the doctor (Dr. Masood Khan) told her that she was scheduled with the wrong provider and that she needed to see a dermatologist instead. He told her directly to request a refund, since no service would be performed. But when we contacted the clinic, they refused to refund anything, saying there was no “proof” that the doctor said that. So they charged us $183 for nothing — no procedure, no consultation, not even the right doctor. This is completely unprofessional and unethical. We trusted this clinic and got scammed. Be careful — they will take your money and leave you with nothing.
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and No Accountability I had a very frustrating experience with Duly Health and Care. I scheduled an appointment specifically for a skin tag removal, and I made that request very clear during the call. I was quoted prices and then booked with a provider, only to find out during the visit that I had been scheduled with the wrong type of doctor—someone who could not perform the procedure. Despite the provider acknowledging the scheduling error and instructing me to request a refund, I was charged $183 upfront, received no relevant care or service, and was told a refund would be issued within 7–10 business days. It's now been over a month, and not only have I not received a refund, but I was also told there's no record of the provider’s instructions and that no refund will be issued. This is completely unacceptable. I followed all directions, communicated clearly, and still ended up paying for a mistake made by their staff. No accountability, no transparency, and no resolution. I will not be returning and do not recommend this clinic.
