I have been going to this sleep clinic for at least 10 years. It has gone down hill so bad. I was shocked. The ratings tell all. Employees hang up on you, your call is never returned, if you speak to a live person, they act like they will do something and then you never hear back. For my sleep study, the chair they wanted me to sit in smelled like straight urine. I refused to sit there. It appears, since Dr. Linda Chan left, the sleep clinic is run very poorly. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I am still waiting for a call for a pulmonologist within the Advocate community. Will never get one. Reaching out to my PCP. Very very disappointed 😞

Impossible to get hold of anyone in that organization. Filled out a form on their app or 48 hours ago no answer. Called today on hold for over 50 minutes just for someone to come on to take my information to call me back at a later time. Absolutely terrible customer service I would never want do business with an organization like this again.

Paid 500 dollars out of pocket for a take home sleep test just to be told that the device only measured 2 breaths. I understand the cost of medical but should not be charged for faulty equipment.

I have had 2 sleep studies so far, and both times were great. Both nurses were patient and kind. They knew I have pretty bad anxiety and they both times made me feel so comfortable. The results came pretty quick as well. And as soon as there was an opening for a sooner video call from the Dr, they gave it to me. Dr Larson is very kind and patiently answered all if my concerns and questions. I can say this was such a great experience with them

Called the sleep center for insomnia. It was an excruciating call. I asked the girl upfront do they treat insomnia. She had me on the phone for 1/2 hour and said they did and took information.ation and put me on hold several times. After all that I said can you make sure they treat insomnia because she was going to schedule me for a sleep study. So she had to call someone else. She did not know what she was doing. She came back to say they do not treat insomnia and hung up the phone on me.
