The lady who provided my class was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with but she was the only positive experience I had there. When I entered for my class I was running a little bit behind because I went to the wrong department. And I heard the girl behind the Make a comment about how many minutes I had left. If you do have an issue just hang it up because it's going to take weeks to get it resolved. On top of not getting issues resolved such as simply getting a different mask which I have been attempting for 7 days tomorrow. You are met with constant attitude every time you walk into that office. At this point I would rather drive somewhere far away and get better care than continue to deal with a lack of care that seems to be coming from IU lately.

IU Health, while performing sleep studies outside of a hospital setting, will bill you as if you were having hospital-based services to increase the amount insurance will cover by 3-10X over what Medicare would otherwise allow. I guess this explains why IU health will call you 2-3 times per day to try and schedule a sleep study to make over $1,000 per study that should cost $60-$75 otherwise. Patients beware!

I have no idea why anyone would have a bad experience here (other than the central call system, which is awful). The staff in the office have been so helpful everytime I have worked with them. I dropped in at the end of the day today unannounced and they were so friendly and helpful. A++. Great staff. If you are having issues, I would recommend contacting your sleep doctor's nurse or this center via the patient portal rather than through the phones (which are definitely terrible)

Can’t ever see anyone there when I have issues. They won’t let you see another provider if you are having issues. They don’t seem to care at all about you. I dropped Bloomington and hoping for better luck in Indy. It’s a hour drive but maybe I can actually get help.
