It has been a phenomenal experience even though it was heart surgery. My cardiologist Dr.Yang along with Dr.Foy my surgeon, saved my life! Excellent communication skills both professional and personal. My bypass surgery went as well as I could imagine. The whole team, nurses, specialists and now I’m working with the rehab team which has been a great learning experience, along with strengthening my heart back to normal. Thank you to the whole Team!
Absolutely amazing Doctors and staff. The care and kindness they practice is exceptional. I feel like family when I visit my cardiologist. Best Drs. our family has ever dealt with. Highly recommended!!
Staff and doctor made accommodations for me since I went to the wrong office and ended up late for the appointment. I appreciate their efforts. Got a new procedure scheduled after Dr. Greenstein evaluated extensive medical history. I’ve been able to use the Duly system to get me through some rough medical issues. I recommend Duly Advantage plan to all my friends.
Experience was excellent because of the ability and professionalism of “Connie” at the front desk. My pcp order hadn’t been sent over and Connie stayed on top of it until the order was received. Once the order was received the staff called me in right away. I have had other mammograms at this location and the entire staff are very considerate and professional.
I am recovering from an introductory gyn visit, yesterday. My original Dr has retired & said “I don’t know why you are having scans with cysts post-menopausal. Come back if you have changes.” And I did not return since 2023. I miss my gyn but I thought a new female gyn would be more informative and have empathy for my unusual symptoms. She entered with a set attitude of WW. I was stunned at a woman saying you are too old to need a pap smear to check for cancer. Your cysts are too small to cause pain. I gave my history of multiple endometriosis procedures & cysts ruptures in my partial ovary & uterus. Agreed about my age & confusion with symptoms of pain, swelling of private areas, discharge & odor changes, & fear of cancer. Requesting a pap smear, again, which is painful for me. I was told no pap, too old for cancer. I was told that we were not a good fit! The slamming door on her exit exposed her lack of empathy. Empathy & curiosity to find solutions are basic skills needed as a Dr. I would encourage her to explore research rather than patient care. I left feeling dismissed for my age & maybe my insurance coverage limitations. I am stunned & defeated after years of trying to solve a life-impacting situation. I wanted more help than my internet search. I was unable to find it with a female OB-Gyn!
