I was billed $30 for a copay for a routine wellness visit that was supposed to be covered 100% as preventive care. I've wasted almost an hour trying to get it fixed. Mostly to call centers thatI presume are in India-and where nobody seems empowered to do anything. On one call I was advised I actually have a credit balance of over $300 that dates back to 05/25/2023. So they are billing me money they shouldn't be entitled to while holding onto other money of mine for 2.5+ years. At no point was I able to speak with anyone at my PCP's office.
Been a long term patient with Duly for all my health needs. Couldn't be happier. Dr. Mathew Loesch my Dermatologist is a big part of my gratefulness. (Lombard Duly) Easy to communicate with, seems to really care about my skin issue, trying different approaches seeing what works or doesn't work. I would recommend Dr. Loesch to anyone with a tough skin issue. He does not give up! Furthermore, Debra, who works the front desk is wonderful, working with me and scheduling my appointments. She also seems take a "really care" approach. Thank you Duly...
Dr. Mahan is an exceptional physician & we have been seeing her since the day each of my sons were born. We are grateful to have a provider who is caring, kind, professional & clinically excellent. Highly recommended!
Janson Beike-Skoug is very knowledgeable, experienced and motivated. He cured my shoulder (bursa inflammation and great pain) in one meeting with a steroid shot into the joint. I had miraculous results and he knew I would. I like his consultative approach and especially the results. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I’ve had a terrible time with Duly’s billing department.
