I went to see Tidewater lung specialist for some issues breathing and my first visit they forgot I was in one of the patients room...i sat there for over two hours with my gf was waiting outside in the car and it waa dark outside now with noone else in the building but workers and the doctor....i finally got to see the doctor after they found me sitting there waiting patiently...this was several years ago...now fast forward to 2025 with them charging me two 50 dollar no show visits after I did explain to them I do not drive and rely on my gf to help me get to Harbourview when it is convenient for her to help me...Well the 100 dollars debt was sent to a collection agency for settlement...it did not matter that they inconvenienced me and left me waiting for hours to see doctor as well as my gf sitting in a desolate pàrkiñg lot and they did not even know I was there after checking in properly...I do not like the double standard here and this charging patients for no show is uncalled for because you normally end up waiting to see doctor anyway for some period of time and there's plenty of others to take your place...Im highly upset with their office and will never step foot back in their office again...so i hope this causes your office to lose patiients new and old because it's not right what y'all did to me...I can wait but you cannot...bad policy...Eddie M. Wow! Don’t know why there are bad reviews because every time I have been everyone has been super friendly and they show that they truly care. Dr. D and the rest of the docs have been amazing! They even look like they are excited to be at work when I come for my 7am appointment! That’s not the norm.
They deserve no stars. All the staff including doctors are unprofessional, and won't hesitate to cancel your appointment last minute for a first time bill being unpaid that was JUST SENT out in the mail, which had not been received yet. Pick a different place. People deserve respect. And though they just replied with a robot message, it doesn't explain the huge lack of customer service, professionalism, and communication in reference to medical questions, appointments, billing, everything. Guys, DO NOT go here. Save yourself the frustration, because you'll need a cardiologist after dealing with their staff and physicians.
I had an amazing experience with the company, until I received a no show fee in the mail. Upon talking with staff I was told that they do not make appointments without talking with client. Which is not true because due to an insurance error I had a gap in my insurance so I would have never made an appointment to have to pay out of pocket. After talking with staff more, she expressed that I could get a one time courtesy for the fee, then abruptly hung up the phone on me. I was not happy with her tone & hanging up on me, however she resolved my issue, much appreciated.
