I have gone through the entire Process and they are as Professional as it gets. They know exactly what your Problem is and monitor until you Understand then its becomes a Very Sucessful Relationship . Actually Shocking because they Treat like a family that you never Had. Dan Houlihan
We received a confirmation for my father’s appointment for tonight (12/1) @ 9:30pm. He is 70 years old. He drove 40 minutes there tonight, in the snow!! It was actively snowing when he left the house. Then I got a phone call from him that the center is closed!!! I tried calling the center and of course no one answers the phone. An employee was outside waiting since 8:00pm to get in and he said no one showed and he drove far as well. My dad showed up about 45 minutes early because he never wants to be late and he waited until 9:40pm to leave the center and so did everyone else that showed up. This is unprofessional and unacceptable! Attaching an image of the voicemail confirmation.
This is an outstanding group of people from the check-in and reception people to the doctors and dentist I’ve had appointments with. Everyone is smart, personable, and very supportive. The technology utilized by them also is outstanding. Thank you!
I did not have a good experience here. My first appointment with the doctor he told me I for sure have sleep apnea and to take the at home test. This gave me a lot of hope to fix my sleeping problems as many people have told me I snore. My next appointment I met with a lady I think she was an NP. She was super dismissive and said I had no issues and I felt like I was not being heard at all. She blamed it all on depression and anxiety and not having a “healthy routine”. I understand that the at home test may have not shown signs of sleep apnea but to blame all my sleeping issues on me is crazy. She’s acting like I’ve never had a stable routine in my life, even stages of my life I’ve had an extremely consistent sleep time and wake up time I was still having issues with my sleep and energy through the day. And my mental health was fine. Not only that but the hope of the doctor literally saying I have sleep apnea, then being told I don’t like what.
Had a sleep study in september, but the data that was recorded in two different places is contradictory. One had my weight at 309 lb (correct) and one had it at 288.5 lb. Don't know how it can be messed up that bad. I hope to hear back from the Sleep Center and understand where the problem is, to have some Faith going forward. I've never seen the same person twice at this facility. Every time I go back there the doctor and nurse practitioner have left from my previous appointment. Turn over is never a good thing like this.
