Do not pick this place for your study. I was put in the room closest to the street and the bed was so horrible. There was a large permanent indent on the right side, like sleeping in an eggshell, and trying to sleep in the middle or other side was a challenge because you felt like you were falling. The tech Diane was amazing, very informative, sympathetic and helpful but the bed was horrible. What a waste of time and energy for everyone, I didn't even get any results for a diagnosis.
Rushed me into bed around 8:30 9pm. I go to sleep at 10 no wonder why I didn't get good sleep. Temperature was too hot and then too cold. Didn't like my experience with Monty. Felt like I was a nuisance to him for asking for things. I had a sleep study done at goos same hospital a while back which went way smoother and I was actually able to get sleep there unlike this study where he didn't tell me anything just said I might not have slept enough and he kept saying I would need to fall asleep but the conditions weren't sleep friendly. Lamp didn't work so I couldn't read so I watched TV which I don't normally do in bed. Also Monty said he would he back in my room in a half hour which didn't happen until I called him in. I sank into the bed too much and the wires were where I wanted to place my head so I didn't know exactly where to place my pillow.
I had sleep study test overnight on 2/7/25. My technician Mike was wonderful and the room was comftable. Mike helped me relax and forget about being away from home and he helped address me snoring issue and difficulty breathing when sleeping. I would definitely be back if I ever had a need

I just finished my sleep study this morning at 4:15 am. The room was nice, and very clean. It reminds me of a small hotel room. One thing did shock me is that the bathroom even had a shower, which was nice. I fell in love with the bed, first time in awhile i woke up without hip pain from sleeping on my side. I guess its time for a new mattress for me. I want to take a minute to personally thank Mr.Mike, Mike you did such an amazing job calming me down by chatting about daily things, it helped me to forget that I was away from home. I am not sure if you could tell that i was extremely nervous, but you took your time and where very patient and polite with me, as at times I can be pretty difficult with things. The most important part for me was that I felt safe and felt I was in good hands. Thank you Mike
