This is my 3rd year having a mammogram. 1st year and first time the worker that did the imaging was overly aggressive leaving open cuts under my breast. I gave another this company another try and my 2nd year I got a different imaging worker. That worker my 2nd year had placed my breast gently on the imaginary machine and I left not bruised and I didn’t feel extreme pain from being overly compressed. 10/24/2025 my 3rd mammogram it was back with the First Lady. She touched my breast rough to position me on the imaging compressor like my breast was a slab of meat. She was not gentle. I left feeling like the test wasn’t done properly. I tried asking was it good pictures? The image worker R…. said; ‘It’s fine’. And continued, I’ll just write down you are very sensitive’. The lady image worker R…. kept saying I have years of experience, and failed to hear my concern. My concern did you complete the process for the radiologist to get a good read of the imaging? I didn’t want my time or insurance money wasted. Please get more compassionate staff that don’t treat you like a piece of meat.
I had an appointment for MRI and tons of Xrays. I am completely satisfied from the check-in thru to check out. It's rare at any business to see everyone smiling and pleasant. They were eager to help. I accidentally got dropped off at the wrong entrance. Instead of me having to walk all the way around the outside of the building, the girls at emergency stat care entrance got me a wheelchair and pushed me thru just to help me out. I wouldn't have made it on my cane. I was struggling. They even helped me to sign in at kiosk. When they called my name, it went smooth throughout this whole process. Thank you soo much. I was having a little anxiety as this is my first time with Aultman.(imaging) They did everything to make me comfortable. Its alot when im already in alot of pain. Then after check out i was given another wheelchair ride to the exit. Everyone still smiling. I love it here already. Thanks ladies. I will be back
A great facility for elders! I was there taking my neighbor for an appointment, and what a beautiful facility with such friendly people. They have great little tables/areas for waiting on patients who are exercising or getting therapy, etc. So I like going with him (he is blind, I drive him every week) because its just a great friendly environment. Very clean. Very clean!!!! I mean, really, for the amount of people in and out of there, WOW. Just goes to show when people care, it impacts the environment too. Great place to go if you have an appointment here. I didnt even have an appointment here, but I felt compelled to leave a review because it is seriously such a nice little oasis of care!
