I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. They gave me medication I was allergic to and on my allergy chart. The nurse argued with me to the point of I had to ask for the hospital manager. The floor was absolutely filthy. The cleaning people do not clean the floors . The only thing they do is get the trash daily . The nurses dont use hand sanitizer and im concerned that they threw my brck fusion out during surgery to my leg . Even after telling them I have a neck fusion. When I woke up my neck hurts worse then my leg that was fractured in multiple places. The only good was Dr Maskill . Hes is the only reason for 1 star . 🌟 he was my hero ! As far as nurses , I heard them talk about me so bad at the nurses station. I called my nurse light and said do you know I can hear everything you say . The nurse called some one an asshole . The are very unprofessional on the emergency er. They have a very bad mouth. I called them out and they moved me to a dirty room . The nurse that gave me the wrong medication should understand how this is serious and she yelled out side the door . I will not forget me experience WHEN I GOT IN THE AMBULANCE I ASKED FOR BRONSON AND WOULD NOT TAKE ME
By far the worst hospital visit I’ve ever been involved in. Drs trying to make jokes about people’s pain. Zero effort to make comfort. Had to go check on when they were doing a procedure and listened to the dr and nurse argue about if the order was in. Overall the experience left us never wanting to visit this hospital again. Could be life limb or eye sight and I’d rather take my chances going to Kalamazoo.
Three Rivers Hospital is a JOKE, I take my sister-in law in at 6pm with concerns of a miscarriage with her 14 week pregnancy of mono-di twins, she sat there for almost three hours never being checked on and being told to just be patient. When I come in I find out there is an elderly women sitting next to my sister experiencing chest pains thats been here for an hour and a half. When I start asking questions and pointing out the fact they’re doing nothing, I was greeted by a security gaurd that told me I was getting “jumpy” when I never even yelled, then proceeded to tell me if I continued they would call the cops. I simply took my sister with and left and are headed to a different hospital. What can I do or who do I contact to report this behavior of this pathetic excuse of a hospital?
I was seen early morning, no cars were seen in the parking lot. Got triaged quick had high BP for 3 readings and was put in a 'triage' room was told I'd be seen soon. ( I work emergency I know how all it all works and I understand wait times very well) The room I was in was basically a closet. I didn't even have a nurse call button... Floor was dirty and open supplies in room. I received an email of my results 40 minutes before the Dr came in and told me what the CT results were. I can not stress how important compassion, and understanding are in an emergency setting. The discharge nurse was aggressive, and extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. I am still in pain and was not taken seriously. Being 'short staffed' doesn't give you the right to treat people like shit. With all the ' aggression will not be tolerated ' signs the staff really should read them and take note.
I had my baby there yesterday. All the staff were amazing and accommodating! Everyone was so kind and helpful, my birthing experience was amazing as well. I had well informed nurses who were encouraging and attentive! The midwife who delivered my baby was amazing! I did it without an epidural and everyone made sure I was good and was able to allow my body to do what it needed. If I ever decide to have more kids this is where I’ll be going! I’m so happy to talk about my experience here! Thank you everyone 💗
