Love, Love, Dr Jasmine Singh! She is patient and listens to our concerns. Since I am a retired nurse practitioner, I am picky with my family's medical providers and she is top notch! I definitely recommend her. My only suggestion is to reduce the number of signs in the lobby because it gives a very stand-offish appearance and that is not an accurate assessment of Dr. Jasmine Singh at all :0)
I had a sleep study done, Patrick was awesome. He explained everything he was doing as he was hooking up all the wires. He was friendly and very professional. The bed was neat and clean. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised, after reading all of the negative reviews.
First impression when I walked in the door. DIRTY out of date , cluttered OFFICE. There were about 6 others ahead of me. The front office girl tried getting a co pay from me and i refused explaining to her i don’t pay co pays with my insurance coverage. After I checked in and had been waiting about 30 minutes. I started reading framed signs they have over the reception area. One actually states if you don’t have confidence in the doctor and can’t wait then find another doctor! Another states that they are extremely slow. I wasn’t seen until 2 hrs after my appointment time. Doctor has no bedside manner what so ever and seemed very disinterested. Not once during my time there did anyone come out to the waiting area to disinfect the waiting area . HELLO WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC AND YOU ARE A LUNG DOCTOR!! It’s a no brainer! Staff was not very friendly they all seemed unhappy and rushed. There was a dog in the office (puppy) that was constantly barking. I won’t go back! I would rather go to Chesapeake for a sleep specialists. My time is as precious as anyone else’s it is rude and unprofessional to schedule a patient and have them wait so long. I don’t care how good “you think” you are. I should be billing this office for my time.
They wanted me to sign a paper that said I would pay $150 if I did not show up for a sleep test. I would not sign it. They refused to give me the test I needed until I took another test first I did not need. Got there for the test and there was no television and the bed was broken. He lied and said he would send me to another sleep center just to get me out of there. I called for 2 weeks to get another appointment and then they finally told me they would not see me. Do not go there and do not waste your time.
Hard to get an appointment. Need to have dr. Singh approval. Hard to get medical records without his approval. Have been seeing him since 2015, but I'm done after today. During that time, I have seen the office staff get replaced several times, I dont blame them, he sucks as a doctor. And he misdiagnosed me, which has cost me time and money. Because now i have to go see another doctor to treat the misdiagnosis that dr singh caused. Oh, he has tons of signs out in the lobby. Talking about he is not a quick doctor office, long wait times.....yea to cover up your incompetence...................
