Dr. Baldwin is excellent, takes the time to listen to what is going on, so he can rule out the cause and effect. The staff goes above and beyond, no matter what you call for.

New to the area. Did everything that was asked everything was faxed over from my Dr out of state. I had to keep calling to try to make an appointment the woman I spoke to was rude telling me I need demographics said they have all my images also I asked what that was (demographic) and her way of speaking w me I wasn't happy with. Therefore I'll find another neurologist.

I received great care from Dr Butler and his team for CTS.

Very rude people on the phone. Tried to get an appointment for something serious and couldn't for 7 months. 7 months!! I pleaded with the lady and she was so cold. I understand they don't have appointments but when someone is crying and desperate on the phone, being rude and saying "take it or leave it" is uncalled for. My experience was over a year ago and I never went because I felt like they truly didn't even care. I went to another Dr not associated with this office and they treated me like a human. I wouldn't step foot in this office if I were literally dying. Absolutely rude and uncaring and cold.

My first experience was with Dr. Baldwin for a head injury/concussion. He treated me like I was a waste of his time. He told me, "I don't treat patients like you. I treat patients who will never recover for the rest of their lives." Don't waste your time with Dr. Baldwin. If I hadn't seen a different neurologist in the practice, I would have given a significantly lower rating. I recommend seeing Dr. Soueidan instead. He took the time to have tests done. Lo and behold, he did find physical problems relevant to his practice and he treats me as one would hope their doctor would behave. Dr. Soueidan will be straightforward with you and he will also take care of you.
