They lied to me about my test results and two weeks later I find out from another hospital in MICHIGAN that it was positive. They also cleared me as completely healthy, doing three different internal vaginal scopes and I miscarried two days later. No thanks! Only my life and comfort as steak. Smdh. WOW

My daughter was in a car accident. Came here to get looked at. Sitting in waiting room for 4 + hours. Unacceptable. She had a massive headache and body aches. Would give 0 stars if able. DO BETTER!

I went in at 9 weeks pregnant bc I was bleeding for 3 days. I was worried and they were rushing me out bc I was there a month before for having a different concern. They never checked for a chance of a miscarriage and sent me home. Later that night at 2am my bleeding got heavier and at 9 am I lost my baby bc they didn't take there time and address my concern about my baby and the result I had to burry her.

I took my husband to Bay Park hospital ER and i have nothing but great things. The staff there literally saved my husband's life. They didn't waste any time working on him. They later told me that he was hours away from dying from asespic infection. He was in the hospital for over a week and sent hime with IV antibiotics for at home. I would absolutely recommend this ER and hospital to anyone looking for care. Without them, i would be a widow.

I went to Bay Park hospital for treatment for stomach pain and nausea and vomiting. Do to me being on dialysis I'm not able to make proper urine to give them a urine sample and I would have thought that they would insert a catheter inside of me to get some urine out but they didn't do that either instead they gave me a CT scan of my stomach and pelvis. It took me calling down to the nurses stations 4 to 5 times in order to get nausea medication and after they took everything back the results came back that they couldn't find anything mind you the nurses at previous hospitals usually use a ultrasound machine to give me an IV but Bay Park nurses we're just digging around in my arm. The after visit they sent me home and worse condition then what I was when I first went there if I could give them no stars I would. HORRIBLE 😐
