Cleveland Clinic prices after insurance are becoming higher than what's reasonable. Now they are tacking on extra charges on the free annuals if anything mentioned out of the norm, told to me by the doctor during the annual. The result of that is a bill of $515 after insurance for a culture? I know prices are lower elsewhere outside these corporate medicine conglomerates such as Cleveland Clinic. They've outpriced a middle class family. Looking for smaller scale practices and even private practices for fairer prices.' Insurance companies sure reward corporate medicine with the highest prices while same thing coded will be much lower elsewhere after insurance. That's where I'm heading and have been doing so in other specialties and primary care. Now the nickeling and diming during free annual visits is the last straw with Cleveland Clinic and the ridiculous price tag for a culture. Also, the doctors names location screen at the lobby is a big time waster waiting for the name to pop up, while time is ticking to go to the appointment. You should go back to the stagnant list instead of the changing screen. Also, very gross using the touch screens to sign in that others have used that don't get wiped down in between use, what happened to the office receptionist doing this part anyway? ETA: I called my health insurance about the culture. I found out that same culture codes would have been $140.55 with Quest Diagnostics if I had gone to UH Medina Medical building doctor for my annual. Cleveland Clinic is highway robbery and out of control prices.

An emergency happened with my father’s finger, and the medical team acted swiftly and with outstanding professionalism. Their bedside manner was compassionate and reassuring during a stressful time. They were precise, efficient, and made sure everything was handled with care.

This seems like a great clinic to me. We arrived a few minutes early and they checked us in at a desk near the main entrance. We went up to the waiting room and the wait was not long at all. The staff were very professional, friendly, kind and helpful. The building was sparkling clean and there was plenty of parking. This building is conveniently located off Rt 18 right next to the Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital and also right near I71.

Not only did they lose my allergy test results, but the lab did not complete the tests the doctor had ordered the first time. I had to go back a second time for another blood draw and then I just received a bill for $545 for blood work. I am absolutely appalled and disappointed by such a highly regarded clinic. Absolute TRAINWRECK.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I was here for a post-op visit when something did not go as expected. Everyone was calm and professional and the situation was handled well. A lot of attention was paid not just to me, but to my wife who was with me. A special shout out to Steve, Kelli, and Heidi who took care of us in such a kind, caring way. I would not hesitate to come back and would recommend this place to others who are looking for a great patient-centered experience.
