Filling out the paperwork took longer than the doctor visit. The doctor basically asked me the same question that I filled out on the paper work they charge me $200 dollars for the consultation maybe 15 minutes to fill out all the paperwork that basically ask the same questions over and over. Talking to the doctor was 5 minutes then I was told that I will be contacted in the next 5 to 7 days for an appointment. A month later I found out that I was denied for the sleep apnea they basically stole my $200 dollars. Do not go to this place if referred by you doctor like I was tell em you want another doctor . There quick to take your cash but slow to do there jobs

I attempted to schedule a sleep study here and after a couple of weeks gave up. I had called multiple times and emailed but there was no follow through on their end. Their office staff seemed either disorganized or just uninterested in assisting me with my healthcare needs. I’d recommend looking for a facility that has it a bit more together.

Absolutely one of the worst medical experiences of my life. This place is an absolute joke in treating people. Do not waste your time. I went there as a referral from my doctor after developing heart issues from which my sleep apnea is probably a contributing factor. Certainly doesn’t help my heart issues and puts me at higher risk. This place will not work with your insurance and then you get denied so you don’t get the help you need. Took nearly a month of my life without treatment (just need to have CPAP settings updated due to weight change) for them to deny me because these folks do not do their job. I talked to my insurance and they stated they had asked for some additional information and this place never responded to them. During this timeframe I was without a CPAP because my current one had improper settings and it was actually causing me harm. Not only that - after my insurance denied they refer me to a DME to get an APAP. They stated the place would be contacting me- I waited a week and never heard anything. Come to find out the place they “referred” me to never received the referral. It is sad in this day and age patients are treated this way. Steer clear of this place.

I went here a few years ago, and every time I think about this place I get so frustrated. Do not waste your time, they give you the run around. Unless things have majorly improved, they also had terrible staff turnover. As a woman with sleep apnea, I felt very overlooked. They did absolutely nothing to communicate with my insurance or advocate for me. I wasted a good 4-5 months on this place before going somewhere else and making progress immediately. This place is a JOKE, and even 2 years later I still feel slighted.

Went to pick up device for at home study. The place was decked out with the coolest Halloween decorations! How fun 🎃 Miranda and Jordan were very friendly and professional! They showed me how to wear/use the device and we were out the door in no
