Everyone here is always very nice.And the girls in the lab are very helpful... Recently, pam in the lab went above and beyond to help me get something taken care of and I appreciate her so much.. Just my observation, I noticed people are having a lot of trouble with the kiosk out front, and there's no one out there to help them.The girls that are sitting at the front desks are doing absolutely nothing and don't want to help. Finally when I asked one of them for help they said that they really weren't affiliated with the lab but she reluctantly came over and helped me anyhow.. I mean, come on, they were busy doing nothing other than eating and talking...( and I don't ever feel it's a good look for someone at a front desk to be sitting there eating) Well, the girls in the lab are very, very busy Pam would find time to come out and help people at the kiosk. I think this issue needs to be fixed.I don't know how or what the answer is but it's definitely a problem. Hats off 🥳 to the girls in the lab, they're all wonderful and handling the stress of their jobs well.

I had physical therapy here and the one therapist is so full of himself, loud, and often takes badly about others. I was not even scheduled with him nor introduced to him to know his name but he often interrupted my care or was joking so loud I couldn't hear my own therapist. I'm glad I'm back to feeling better so I don't have to attend anymore.

Zero stars. The lab, soon to be taken over by Quest, is a sham. Walk in only. Can't make an appointment. When you call to check if the lab is busy, you're sent to a maze of recorded messages. Three out of four times in the last 3 years I've gone there to have blood work for a physical exam and was turned away either due to no staff, or inadequate staff. I know...fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I Won't Get Fooled Again. I urge you to take your business as far away from University HealthCare as you can.

I was a therapy patient and the way the staff talk badly about each other and patients publicly makes me sick. I know physical therapy is more of a "public" treatment but there's no reason for the gossiping in a health care facility and I will not be returning to this location. I feel like I can make the same progress peacefully at home. ✌🏼

Staff is always very nice and pleasant. I have no complaints with the facility itself. Unfortunately, UH's billing department is an absolute nightmare. I'm new to the area, and 2 out 3 times I've visited UH, I've been billed/charged incorrectly and it's impossible to get it fixed. I've been fighting with UH for months over a bill where I was billed out-of-network when UH is an in-network provider with my insurance. It would have been very simple for them to fix the issue, but they refuse to do so. (Billing a patient out-of-network when you're an in-network provider also goes against the No Surprises Act so it's illegal.) I've also been charged a co-pay that I didn't owe because the visit was fully covered. It's impossible to get these issues sorted out, they've threatened to send me to collections over amount I was over charged, and every time I call I either can't get a hold of a supervisor or can't speak to anyone who can help me fix these very simple issues. Absolutely miserable experience. I like doctors and the staff, but it's really not worth this much trouble.
