The staff, doctors, equipment liasons, etc were professional and informed. Anyone complaining about CPAP issues don't know how to use Map Reviews to find their suppliers' offices where their complaints need be posted under. This Sleep Clinic and the reviwers' CPAP suppliers are separate!! Getting waitlisted was a bit frustrating because there was very short notice, i.e. next day, when another patient canceled. Sleep studies were months out so the main wait was a frustration.
Good luck getting in. Scheduling staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Advocate HR should take a closer look at this.
This place is ridiculous! No one picks up the phone no matter how many times you call. If you leave a voicemail, nobody calls you back either. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid at all cost!
AVOID! Please be very careful, if you see a doctor there that doesn't physically has office space there, they will bill you with a second bill sort of like a rental. They billed my insurance $285 for that. Please ask them about it before you go there and get charged twice. My regular visit with a doctor was 15min, they billed $370 stating 45min or more visit. Total rip off. So total $655. I am reporting this to my insurance. This should not be acceptable.
I've had nothing but problems dealing with this office though I will say 1-3 of the docs or nurse practitioners were very nice once they were meeting with me. On to the problems... First, you can never get a live person on the phone. You often need to leave a message and they only call you back sometimes. You wait on hold for 10-20 minutes to get anyone. Second, their scheduling options are always inconvenient. Third, the facility charges are not disclosed ahead of time or explained thoroughly so that will be a surprise when you get the bill a year later. Fourth, dealing with the sleep supplies team is shockingly bad. They don't know anything, they cant answer any questions, they cant do anything, and they dont know where to send you to get any clarification on any questions. Fifth, they incorrectly billed me for a CPAP machine and their bills come out 11 months after the service was rendered making it confusing to try and fix errors. I would gladly go elsewhere if my insurance allowed it.
