UPDATE :This place came off to me as being prejudice, they allowed me to freeze for hours and all night. I kindly asked for blankets and was refused up until 1035 pm. I inquired about the courtesy snacks or drinks that they told me over the phone they provide and they lied and told me that they don't do that anymore because of covid yet others came out the room to get pops and jell-o's out of the refrigerator but they didn't want to offer me anything to drink. They didn't even welcomed me to anything they wouldn't even give me blankets I had to sleep with my coat on it wasn't until they realized I wouldn't fall asleep because I was so cold that they brought me one thin blanket despite me still having to put my coat over the blanket when they knew I needed more. I hope and pray I never have to do another sleep study and if I do it will not be here . Room was so cold I'm now ill. Nose ran all night into the morning. Couldn't get out there fast enough I decided to come back to a different shift of workers and they were a charm. Made up for the bad experience. Shout out to the Friday crew 🙌
I’m about to get a second sleep study and sure hope my bill isn’t like some people are claiming although that’s on them for not checking with their insurance company. Anyhow this clinic is clean, staff is amazing, and they follow up and make sure you have what you need… and, it’s not an easy test if you’re not used to wires, but that’s to be expected and you will eventually sleep enough they can track what’s happening. Thank you Woodley clinic! Looking forward to resolving the issue with my sleep once and for all!
Very nice facility. Technicians were very professional and attentive. They made every effort to see that I was comfortable and able to complete the sleep study.
After going through 2 sleep studies at this facility, I accrued more than $7,000 of medical debt. I was unaware of this facility being out-of-network with the health insurance I was on at the time. I find it discouraging that no one at this facility verified my benefits and explained my financial responsibilities for the studies. The facility itself is fine and clean, plus everyone was professional.
