Not impressed. The office is old. As soon as you step in the carpet smells really old. The doctor was nice but I’m not sure I trust him. I feel like they nickel and dime the insurance company. I had a sleep study. Then another was suggested for my mild sleep apnea so he knew how much oxygen I would need. I had to make another appointment to get results. I never went back to get the machine. My mom always said to trust your instincts. Mine don’t trust this office.
We scheduled an appointment which is very urgent for my partner's health. He got lost trying to find the place of business and called me when he realized he was late. I called asap, mind you it was only 10 minutes past the appointment time. The staff I spoke too, was incredibly rude and kept calling him a no show after only TEN minutes. I value people's time but things also happen and it was 10 minutes....we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. Who wants to have a serious issue and deal with staff like this. I hope the Dr. is aware of how these people are running his office and costing him business.
Dr.Gupta is an excellent diagnostician. It has been a blessing to find a Doctor who asks the right questions and is able to correctly diagnose and treat sleep issues. In addition to that, I was excited to learn he would be willing to accept me as primary patient as well. I have only positive things to say about Dr.Gupta and his staff. He is extremely intelligent and knows his stuff. I am grateful to have found such a stellar Doctor to care for my health and well being!
I have not found great medical providers in the Fredericksburg area and often must travel to Richmond or Northern Virginia for a good care. However, the care I have received from Dr Gupta Is top notch. I have struggled with insomnia for 18 years and finally have a treatment plan that is working due to he and his office staffs diligent efforts at following up with me within the day when something goes wrong. Dr Gupta has great memory and takes studious notes of each appointment ensuring continuity of care. The office staff care deeply about me and I especially enjoy working with Sarah with help getting discounted prescriptions and making sure I have everything I need. I am happy to have found this jewel of medical care in an area where great care is difficult to find.
Been here 3 times. Good standard of care through the clinic. The only downside is time between appointments, sleep studies, and results. Which is about 2 weeks between each. This should be expected though as sleep studies and result reading are quite complex. From a standard of care point of view the care is quite good. The staff is friendly and willing to work with you when it comes to appointments and getting results on time. Sleep study rooms are pretty good, my preference is the rooms could be colder, but they weren't so warm that I was sweating in my sleep. The rooms were quiet, but if a loud car was passing by the building you could hear it in the room. The tech during the night study was very friendly and willing to discuss in depth all the equipment involved with the sleep study and was very proactive during the night if the need to use the bathroom or adjust equipment was needed. I have had no issue with billing or insurance as the day nurse Sarah handled all the paperwork for me through my insurance. Dr. Gupta was friendly during my visit. His standard of care is quite fast and effective and he explained everything professionally. The only negative thing I would have to say is that there seems to be an issue with when the clinic is open and when the phone is answered. It seems if the line is busy instead of going straight to voicemail you will get a busy signal with no chance to stay on the line. Also during the lunch hours of this clinic it seems that the phone is disconnected and no calls are able to go through, or go to voicemail. It seems the clinic needs to update there phone systems in order to work around this issue.
