Comprehensive Sleep Care Center-Fredericksburg

The administrative staff filed incorrect paperwork with the insurance company, and it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. I called three different offices and left messages for a week, but no one called back, ever. The appointment was cancelled and now I have to deal with the incorrect paperwork they filed. I'm literally worse off than when I started, and I can't recommend the Comprehensive Sleep Center of Fredericksburg to anyone unless they're trying to raise their blood pressure through frustration.

I had an appointment and they called me the day before my appointment to cancel saying they don’t have techs that work Tuesdays and Wednesdays (so why schedule me on those days in the 1st place then?) My appointment had been scheduled for 3 months, they could’ve called me long before. So in order to schedule another appointment they made me go through another pre-visit video call. They called me 10mins beforehand and sent me the link to log in. I paid my co-pay, logged in 5 mins before my appointment (using the link they sent me) I waited on the call for 40 minutes and no one ever came on the call. I logged in at 12:55 and waited till 1:35 before I hung up. They emailed me saying I no-showed to my appointment. I emailed back explaining that I did not no-show, the doctor no-showed and I asked for my co-pay to be refunded to me. They never responded to my email and instead they sent me a bill in the mail for $115 no-show fee, for an appointment I didn’t even no-show to. Steer clear of this company they’re super unorganized, unprofessional, and apparently they’re also scammers. I wish I could leave negative stars.

I'm writing this review literally 10 minutes after my sleep study; let me tell you, it was a fantastic experience! I had some apprehension going into the process after speaking with a few friends who'd undergone studies themselves, however what I'd experienced was smooth sailing. Candice was the technologist who performed my polysonogram, and I felt 100% at ease and safe in her care. It was apparent how knowledgeable she was, happily answering the million questions I had. It genuinely felt that she was passionate about her craft! Not to mention, there was no hesitation when I required assistance/needed blankets throughout the night. I felt like I was her only patient, and top priority --truly a wonderful provider! :)

Billing practices are unethical. When you try to call you get sent to call center hell. Poor communication. Lack of coordination between staff/medical equipment center/billing center. Sleep tech was amazing for sleep study. I've tried to resolve this multiple times over the phone. I hate leaving a bad review online...you can look at my profile to see I rarely leave a negative review. Please avoid the headache--billing nightmares, being sent the wrong equipment, lack of service.

when I called to book my initial appointment I spoke with Gwen over the phone, she was extremely polite and very helpful making sure to go over in detail what I would need to expect. During my first visit I was greeted by Erika who was very understanding and helped me with all of my paperwork. The Manager Keyana was a life saver. I was extremely nervous and she took the time to walk me though the facility and explain everything to me. The building is very clean and easy to find. These 3 ladies helped me thorough the whole process, explained everything to me, calmed me down and took excellent care of me. I am beyond satisfied with my visit, what a wonderful place filled with wonderful people.!
