I had some very GREAT nurses Melissa Ruben Trisha Victoria Chelsea the CNAs I was very blessed with also, Taylor, Lauren Paige..... My emergency room doctor I do not recall her name off hand but she was a very much a blessing and my doctor that discharged me again. I do not remember his name. A very wonderful blessing. Thank you for all your caring staff. (Yes there are always room for improvement but I have to admit the group of names that I've left are amazing and I am very blessed to have had them in my care corner.)

This hospital released thousands of its patience personal medical history along with their social security numbers and failed to notify them within the regulations of The HIPAA law if you're like me and received a letter about this do not accept any services they offer speak to a lawyer class action lawsuits are usually picked up on patience violations of their rights of this magnitude but you always have the right to sue all on your own. This hospital is so unprofessional and full of nasty disrespectful people please report them to the federal trade commission and file your HIPAA violations against CGH medical center if your social security number was jeopardized due to their negligence it has already been duplicated and exposed all over the internet your identity will always be compromised due to this hospital's actions

From my start in the ER to my discharge yesterday I felt well-attended to and heard. A special hat tip to nurses Asha and Kayla ~ their professionalism and compassion was truly exceptional. Everyone, at every level seemed completely focused on my comfort and care. Though I hope to never see ANY of you again 😉, I would always choose CGH when near Sterling. Thank you so much!!

I needed medical information to file appeal for my husband's VA disability denial. Stopped in at CGH clinic Medical Records and a young lady named LeeAnn attended us. She was so incredibly helpful. She searched and found more records than I ever even thought to request. And she was pleasant and kind the whole time! I want to recognize this sharp and attentive employee. I am really certain that the information she diligently found for us will make a difference in our appeal outcome. Thank you CGH for having such caring helpful prople!!

I have been visiting the orthopedic dept do to a fall and injuring my wrist. On Fri Sept 12th they removed my cast. I just want to say that the aide Taylor that was taking the cast off was wonderful. She was so caring. She just made you feel comfortable. Thank you Taylor for your caring
