Have had 2 sleep studies at this facility in 2025. Staff: very good, Facility: clean, but the goal is to get diagnosed and then get on the path to better sleep. First test 5 WEEKS TO GET RESULTS!!! My Neurologist reviewed the results and found 2 errors in the recommendations within 2 minutes. Result….you have a very serious condition! Need to do a second test. Results 4 WEEKS LATER!!! Neurologist sends prescription to order machine. Between waiting on an appointment and waiting on results, I have wasted 15 weeks getting minimal sleep and risking death each night. You need to do better!!
I had a sleep study here and it was great! The facility has a comfortable atmosphere and accommodating technicians. It was cleanly and all the equipment was up to date.
Horrible experience. Did the at home study- all the equipment stunk like cigarette smoke really bad! The results took FOREVER to get back. Then you have to go in and do an overnight study (why did I do the at home one then?!) which they charge $6,000 dollars and then send to the Cleveland Clinic for a doctor to read which was an additional $1,200. I would NEVER go here again- there are too many better places around.
I have no problems with the facility or staff itself. However the administration structure is horrible. It is extremely expensive for just the test itself. I had to have 2 and they wanted me to have a third! I said no. It took a month just to get the test scheduled. Then it took a month from the time of my first test just to get the results. Then I had to schedule a 2nd test which took 3 weeks to get. Then another month for the results again. After my Dr intervened, I was finally able to get my CPAP machine. And just when I thought I had paid off all the bills for this place, 3 months later, I get another bill from the Dr who (I guess) read my results! There has to be a more efficient place to get a sleep test than here. I will not be going back to this place for my next test. The facility was nice enough and the staff friendly. But get ready for a very long wait and a very expensive conclusion.
