Went to the ER for an immense amount of pain in my lower back and pain shooting down my right leg bc of sciatica. I could hardly walk or sit. Waited in the ER room for 4 hours with my bf before I saw nurse who just took my blood pressure and had me go back out to the waiting room. We told the receptionists and nurse I really need to lay down because I’m in so much pain. They were extremely low staffed and apparently all the beds were taken. However a lady walks in with her kid goes right back to a room! I guess my pain wasn’t an important trauma? I frequently get blood clots and am still not sure if that’s what was wrong, ended leaving because I was exhausted from standing in pain. Will never get services here again
The reality of this place is that you may wait but compared to the main hospitals...it's quicker, cleaner and more personal. I have been here twice. But on my latest visit... I got here at 430pm out at 730 with bloodwork and prescriptions made. The people were pleasant, professional and I felt that they cared in my two visits. I'd do 5 stars but I RARELY GIVE those. Maybe if I go a third time and it's still good I'll give them five.
Sitting in a bed in the ER as I type. I didn’t have to wait one minute to get in they took me back as soon as I finished with the front desk. All the staff has been great and I’m very happy I came here vs going to main Akron General and likely waiting hours and hours to be seen. For what it’s worth it sounds like Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday mornings aren’t as busy usually

LAND WORK OUT IS TOO DIFFICULT CURRENTLY & I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR CCAG BATH FOR A++ CARE & KNOWLEDGEABLE AQUATIC THERAPISTS WHO ARE HELPING ME REGAIN STRENGTH & CORE BALANCE IN A PAIN FREE ENVIRONMENT. GREAT STAFF & VERY CLEAN LOCKER ROOM WITH SECURE LOCKERS. THANK YOU FOR 100% POSITIVE EXPERIENCE IN HEALTH CARE! WE ONLY GO TO CLEVELAND CLINIC HEALTH & WELLNESS CENTER!
