I called to make an appointment to see a sleep specialist about my sleep apnea, the receptionist who picked up the phone was so rude. She said they don’t accept new patients and they don’t do second opinion but in a very rude way. I’m taking my business elsewhere else. I’m very disappointed!
Had great experiences with the staff and the now retired Dr. Givens. They are still nice and I look forward to meeting my new doctor. The one, elderly lady at the front desk, however, was rude and unprofessional. In asking a question, she answered rudely and unprofessionally, assuming I knew my doctor had retired. Reasons like this are why people choose other facilities for their care.
Very disappointing , all we wanted was a refill for my husbands medication and we got the run around . We’ve never had a problem with RIVERSIDE before, meanwhile the health of a patient is now at risk .
I met with Tiffany Mills for the first time today and both she and every staff member I came across were a gem. FNP Mills set the bar high with a warm and welcoming demeanor and exemplifies someone who truly cares and looks at you as a whole being. You can tell she is deeply educated in her speciality and is able to simplify her knowledge in a way you can understand. I left her office completely satisfied and knowing I'm in good hands. Dr Patel was very informative. Extremely knowledgeable and explained things in terms you can understand. One of the best patient/ doctor experiences my husband has ever had!!. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly also
