I had a very disappointing experience with Nurse Destin at EAMC . She was extremely rude and dismissive, showing little concern for my comfort or questions. The level of care I received was far below what I would expect from a professional healthcare provider. Patients deserve compassion and respect, especially when they’re already in distress — unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope the hospital takes steps to address this kind of behavior so others don’t go through the same thing with this nurse.

Dr.Lazenby Nurse Destin Tech Stephanie Dr. Came in was very patient and polite with me told me I had a fracture foot,she seen that wasn't the news I wanted to hear.She walked out b/c of my emotions I assume. Nurse&Tech of course stayed jus looking speechless at first that's when half of there badges came off..it was like sisters friends mothers still crying but happy with the decision I made but also scared at the same time they understood me listen to me. I just want to say thank yall so much for yall caring&Honesty.also thank yall for yall service

RUDE. Literally in the midst of an anxiety attack and the doctor steady asking what can the ER do for me? Because I don’t look familiar. Everyone doesn’t want narcotics. Prior- one lady said what is that I could possibly want now? Then the pregnant NURSE said as I was leaving. Oh she’s mad. Mad for what? I’m filing a complaint. NO ONE took time to assess and listen. & the HIPPA law was violated.

I am very pleased with this hospital. I went there 2 days ago because I was fainting and having extreme cramping. The receptionist was nice, quick and I was taken in less than 5 minutes! The RN’s at this facility treated me very gently, took my blood, gave me a shot to help my pain, and sent me home feeling 10x better within 1 1/2 hour. They also gave me papers explaining what I should do and what medication I should take. Don’t be discouraged by the low reviews here, I would 100% recommend going here!

Would not recommend this place at all. I only went here because it was my only option because I was in the area for work and was too sick to drive to the Lagrange hospital. I felt like I was bothering every person here by coming. The woman checking me in made me sign a form for them to file my insurance and told me to have a seat and they would call me back soon. I have not been to this hospital in over 4 years. I ended up asking her did she want my insurance information or my new address and she took it. Any other hospital I’ve been too would verify a patients information before admitting them. I had Dr.Crosby for my doctor and he made me feel like I was crazy for coming, barely spent 2 minutes in the room with me and acted like he knew everything. The nurse that put my IV in literally just came in and said “hey” got the iv ready and said “big stick” those were literally the only words he spoke to me. The bedside manner here is horrible nobody was friendly at all. I finished my bag of fluids within 30-45 minutes and then waited almost a hour for them to come take my IV out and discharge me. I was complaining to my mom about Dr.Crosby and how I felt and there was a nurse on the other side of the room and he apparently told Dr.Crosby what I said and then Dr.Crosby came back in saying the nurse told on me for complaining and asked me if I wanted him to run test even though he was 99% sure I did not need them. I just wanted to leave at this point so I told Dr.Crosby no, just give me the fluids and send me home. I literally had to ask for treatment for one of my main complaints which was being dizzy. Please if you need emergency medical care go to Wellstar hospital in Lagrange. They are so nice and will actually help you and give you treatment without you having to ask for it.
