I really loved the two girls at the front desk!!! They were so kind and helpful and knew exactly what my daughter (broke out in hives had) before we even went back there!! Did a strep test already and everything!!! They truly made our experience so much quicker and nicer!

My diabetic, pregnant daughter was treated like an idiot who doesn't know her own body. Dr Martin never once examined her, just talked down to her along with his daytime nurse this past Friday. She missed an appointment because she couldn't take off work, like all mothers to be have to deal with in this day and age, and he chastised her. Her glucose readings and ketones were high as hell, yet they sent her home without so much as checking for viral infections. The day time nurse made her remove her panties in front of her brother after they put her into labor and delivery for God knows what, she was never examined vaginally. They only cared about the well being of the baby and not my daughter who is carrying this child!! They also had my child on SUGAR based saline with no insulin drip which brought her sugars up higher! The night time nurse Friday was amazing and helped my daughter get through this mess. Also, Dr. Martin said he made an appointment for her for memorial Day at 11 am, no record of that at all. Do better! Pregnant mothers matter too!!!!

My SO was admitted, through the ED, 5 nights ago due to a severe MRSA infection. Having very few hospitalizations in his 30 years this experience could have been extremely stressful for him. He has without a doubt received the BEST care I’ve ever seen provided in a hospital setting. Our ED nurse, Amanda, and Dr. Sabri were extremely efficient and friendly as well as ensuring we were provided with the best understanding of what was going on. While on the floor our RNs, Shelley and Harley, along with our CNAs were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure not only his comfort, as the patient, but my comfort as well while staying with him. He did end up undergoing a procedure during the stay that went flawlessly thanks to our amazing surgical team, Dr Hoang along with all of the surgical and recovery staff. Dr. Rogers was our Physician during the stay and he has been amazing, he’s kept us fully informed and efficiently addressed any and all concerns we’ve had. Overall this has been the best hospital experience we’ve ever had and the staff at this facility deserve all the recognition they can get for the hard work they do while also making you feel like you’re family.

Absolutely terrible. Waited 3 hours for blood work. 2 hours waiting on them beforehand. And 2 and a half hours waiting on the nurse to receive a phone call. The doctor at the time (Chaney) was the weekend on call so we tried to cut him some slack, until we found out he was just gone to lunch the whole time to an area where he didn't have service (nurses words, not mine.) So before you come here ask yourself, if I was dying, would I want to go somewhere where the only doctor there was irresponsible enough to put himself in the position to not meet his patients needs? Or would I want to go somewhere I would get fast service and reliable doctors?? Because this ain’t it chief. I am not a review bot so take it from me, if you come here, expect minimum three hours and maximum 9, and that’s for minor things. We were discharged as if we were healthy after 8 hours total.

I brought my 7 week old Granddaughter to your Emergency Room Sunday 2/11/18. After signing in a man came out to the waiting room and looked at her and assured us we'd be called right on back. After watching everyone else go before us I went to the window and asked the lady how long we'd have to sit out in the waiting room with a baby that had not even had her first set of shots, only to be asked if I wanted a mask. For the baby I asked her. She said well that's up to you. Finally we were called back to a room, five minutes in a man sticks his head in and said he was sorry that he should've moved us to the top of the list and had accidentally moved us to the bottom. Ok accidents happen, but we were not happy. The nurse that came in was very nice but the room looked as if it had not even been cleaned prior to the person in the room before as there was a barf bag in the garbage can with vomit in it. We were told the baby had RSV and we're sent on our way. We call her pediatrician this morning and they requested we bring her in. The doctor today informed us she had a terrible ear infection. You would think they would have checked her ears at the ER. We will NEVER be back to this hospital and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER darken their doors again!!! Feel free to email or text me if you'd like a picture of the nasty barf bag still in the garbage of our exam room. Makes you wonder if the bed had even been changed!!
