The tech, scheduler, and NP are the kindest people! I have some anxiety about this whole thing ( not sleeping will make you anxious!)... and they have been incredibly kind, considerate, thorough, unhurried, and informative. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Care here is fine. The billing is horrible. No one is ever available at the number provided on the invoice. If you go, pay 100% at the time of service and get and keep your reciept. You will need it.
Wonderful staff who made me feel very comfortable and safe during my sleep study. Doctor actually takes the time to listen to you as well. Wonderful turn around time for follow up after sleep study. Wonderful communication. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!
i would definitely recommend Sound Sleep, 100% fantastic staff and very knowledgeable doctor. building is definitely in a bit of a funky location but certainly wasnt impossible to find. i believe the front desk immediately inside is shared with a different business who also shares the space with them, because the first time i thought someone was being a bit rude helping me, it turned out it was because i wasnt even speaking to a Sound Sleep worker (lmao) and one of Sound Sleeps employees came out shortly after to help me. building looked well kept and the room i used for my sleep study was almost shockingly nice— looked like a hotel room, nice sized bed, a fan and lamps, a desk, and some different storage areas for any belongings. the woman on staff for my study was extremely kind and made sure i felt safe, comfortable, and informed about everything going on during the study. any issues or questions that arose, the staff was extremely good about reaching out, and any times i missed a call from them they were quick to answer the phone when i called back. the doctor is clearly well read and confident in her area of expertise and also made sure to break down any topics i didnt understand, and i definitely feel as though she listened to everything i had questions about. really fantastic experience overall :-)
