Great for critical care great for 3 month waits and great for taking all your money. Not much on preventive just schedule ya out till you have a critical moment.

The nurses I have spoken to and texted, were not professional with me regarding the worst pain I've had in my life. And I was also treated poorly at the hospital due to one doctor's opinion of my lifestyle. Believe me. If you have questions and or need serious care go somewhere else. I have been a patient for years and never had such a terrible time getting the help I desperately deserve. This bothers me greatly and take heed this is not the place to get care, if you have chronic pain issues due to a depletion of Cortisone in your body preventing your current pain medication from helping. And getting a prior authorization and subsequent questions answered from your limited insurance for something more capable of giving assistance. They say 24 to 48 hours reply. But, what you get is a nasty response to your pleas for help.

Making a second review from my back up account because I just need to say something. Avoid this place at all costs!! Seriously!! First reason- I want to understand how come I haven't been able to see my Primary care doctor for well over 5+ years, always being put with someone else in the office and it's ridiculous I SHOULD SEE MY DOCTOR. Second, been diagnosed incorrectly TWICE. First time I was given Seroquel and it ruined my life. Literally. Made me 100x worse. Dr thought I had bipolar and I got an evaluation and I do not have that. Then the second time around I came in for insomnia but the nurse/Dr guy I saw was saying I don't have it, that I *must * be depressed because I am a mom of 2. I told him over and over I am not depressed, I just can not sleep for the life of me and now I'm going on like 3 weeks of getting 3 hours of sleep every night and I can not function but noooo " you're depressed " I was prescribed prozac and I don't think I even need it! It still isn't helping me sleep at all and I just feel flat out sick because of how exhausted I am. None of the people here listen, take you seriously, oh not to mention that same male dr; I was having stomach pains after I had my baby and I told him after both kids I have these weird pains so I came in to talk and he said "well maybe you should just keep having babies" WHAT!? there is no excuse for this behavior and I will be calling around to find a different place to go to. I already tried to talk to their patient advocacy and surprise surprise they didn't answer left a message and didn't get a call back. Run away from this place they will misdiagnose you and give you meds you don't even need!!!

I have never had a problem until today I have always been able to ask for a diaper for the weight so I daughter had a clean dry diaper and the lady i had today was rude saying did you not change her did you not bring a diaper like yes I just changed her literally!!

This is in regards to my visit to the pain management clinic. The treatment I received from them was probably the worst I have ever received from a doctor. I was there a total of 20 minutes and she had me out the door with no answers. She did not agree with my mri results said it don’t look like my nerve is being pinched to her. I’m in a lot of pain and was told I needed to do Pilates and water physical therapy, also to take Ibuprofen and Tylenol daily. I was told my issues with my spine is from my age (I’m 33) and carrying a baby. I felt so unheard and gaslighted. I left in tears and bawled in my car for a good 15 minutes before I left. I will not be returning to that place ever again!
