My mom was in unit 3 west the unit clerk Vanita she was very helpful in information concerning questions we had with my mom's care. Also great nurses that worked with my mom was Zyra, Shanay, CJ, Jabette and Dr. Hana and Dr. Beecham was excellent in caring for my mom. We hope these ones get recognized for their hardwork and dedication to their patients please and thx u ❤️

This is the nicest hospital I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. It is clean, the staff is friendly, kind and professional. It is efficient. Both of my surgeries here went smoothly. And guess what, they send you home with a quart of homemade chicken noodle soup. Amazing! I love this hospital and will try to make certain all my healthcare needs are associated with Western Reserve. Thank you. Valoree

All of the professionals at this facility go above and beyond in patient care. My children have had surgery there multiple times over the years and have always had wonderful care. The added touches of stuffed animals for the kids and the chicken soup to go home or just two examples of the extra care provided. Our surgeon, Dr. Lutz, and our nurse, Wendy, provided extraordinary care to our daughter and to our family today. If you have to have a surgery, this hospital is an excellent choice.

Wonderful hospital! From the minute you walk in you are greeted with kind, caring individuals. The hospital was impeccably clean. Everyone treats you with respect & kindness. I had a routine procedure done and was so relaxed and unstressed about it because of the staff there. I can't say enough great things about the staff...the Front entrance lady, the lady who walked me to where I needed to go, the nurses, the lab techs, the doctor, the anesthesiaologists, etc. Know that when you are a patient in WRH that you are well cared for. I was even sent home with a container of chicken soup, which was delicious! Who does that? So caring!

My care from start to finish was exceptional! It began with the warm greeting we received from the information desk attendant. As we enter the outpatient surgery waiting area, we were struck by how neat and clean and organized it was. We were shown the color coded board that would give my wife detailed information about my progression through the process. The nursing staff, anesthesia staff, and of course, my surgeon were gracious , supportive and willing to answer any questions . Recovery staff were also very supportive, although, to be honest, I don’t remember them! Nursing staff assisted my wife and I until we were ready to go home and then handed us a warm, wonderful quart of chicken soup. The care we received from all the staff and from our surgeon Dr. Chlysta was incredible. I cannot begin to thank you enough for all you did for us. I would recommend your facility without hesitation to anyone else in need of outpatient surgery care. Thanks so much! Terry Smith
