Becky came to my home and set up my new cpap (I think that's what it's called!) She was so helpful shared what I needed to know and didn't waste my time. She let me try on different masks to see what kind would work best for me, and showed me the QR code to set up my sleep monitoring. Thank you, Becky!
Becky came out to the house to show me all of my machine options. She was super helpful and friendly, and she made the process so much easier! It was really nice to have someone come to the house, and I am excited to try my new machine!
Beth- respiratory therapist- was unbelievably patient and helpful finding a solution as to why my mask/tubing was so noisy. She replaced the mask with a different one that had a different vent placement and I can actually tolerate my CPAP now!!!!
