The absolute WORST the other reviews are very accurate nothing gets done without constant calling and actually coming in the office. 2 months still no cpap and the same going around in circles. if i could put negative stats i would!!!!!!!!!!!
If you're CPAP resistant, I wouldn't go here. Mouth tape was heavily suggested and totally useless. If you have RBD you could get Kolonopin, but definitely don't expect any newer meds. They were very old school when I went. Dr Barrot may work for you if you have (normally) treatable sleep disorders, but I dislike the baseline sleep study, and follow-up study nights. Most places will slap a mask on you during the 1st study if you present with sleep apnea. Prepare to probably suffer longer. Study results and follow-ups take so long to process and schedule so you're looking at a minimum of 2 months more of suffering if you have sleep apnea. They're professional and I hope they improve, but they cut me loose and I still can't breathe with my BiPAP on. I'm very CPAP resistant, but my pressures are too low, and my sleep architecture worsens with higher pressures, but surely there was more they could've done for me!
A referral was sent to them from my doctor on 9-23 and I didn’t get a call from this business. After a week, I called them to see if they got it, I was told they didn’t. So my doctor sent it again 10-3 and called Va Neurology the next day to see if they got it and was told that they had received the first one but they didn’t process it or call me because they aren’t taking new patients. Incredibly they didn’t consider this worthy of a call to me so that I could seek medical attention elsewhere. I have a cyst in my brain causing loss of vision and hearing and they couldn’t be bothered to notify me. I would rate them a big fat zero if I had that option.
I have never in my entire life had to call a clinic so much just to try and see if they received my referral. This clinic is absolutely terrible it does not deserve to be open. They can’t keep track of referrals, and receptionist is absolutely rude. One hung up on my face and none of them seem to be able to keep the same story. There’s always some new thing that happens. One person checks the system and the other person says they can’t check past a week. Absolutely horrible. This place needs to be shut down.
I received a letter yesterday stating they will no longer allow me to be a patient due to my "non compliance". I called to see what they were talking about, and they stated because I missed my March and April payment, they will no longer see me. Keep in mind, it's still April so this was in the works halfway through the month. Instead of calling to see if there was an issue, they immediately jumped to dismissing me as a patient. This is a medical facility that is in it just for the money without concern of a patient's well being. Yes, I was ONE month late on my bill. I apologize and hope they can find the desirable patients that they want. Not that they want to help, but ones that will never fall even one month behind. There are too many good doctors offices out there to have to put up with this type of treatment from a non caring group. From the other reviews I have read, I'm not alone in my opinion.
