I Sat in the lobby upstairs waiting for my appointment listening to the nurse behind the desk talk shit about her co workers for 45 mins. The entire waiting room was listening.

Terribly unprofessional people answering the phone. Charity and Tammy would be better working at Walmart.

I got many vaccines done here. For over 5 years they failed to upload my records or even record them to the va dept of health. Absolutely careless.

Went in to take pics for a procedure. The patient coordinator automatically assumed I was on PUBLIC ASSISTANCE. I wonder why? Hmmmm. Racial profiling maybe? No I am NOT on public insurance! And then continues with, where do you work? That's none of her business. Tells me that my insurance most likely won't approve procedure, from the time she opened her mouth I was offended. I will someone else, I refuse to put my health in her hands.

I recently had to give blood at the Cleveland Clinic Amherst branch, and as someone who always gets anxious about needles, I was not looking forward to it. However, Ashley G. turned what is usually a nerve-wracking experience for me into something surprisingly pleasant and stress-free. When it came time for the needle, I turned my head away, bracing myself for the usual uncomfortable prick. To my astonishment, before I even realized what was happening, Ashley cheerfully announced, "I'm done!" I couldn't believe it – the process was over before I thought it had even begun. Her technique was so smooth and pain-free that it left me genuinely in awe. I highly recommend visiting Ashley G. at the Cleveland Clinic Amherst branch.
