Do not let your family go here! Nursing care is SUBPAR. Minimal time it would take for nursing staff to respond would be between 40 to 65 minutes. Most of the staff is for only a paycheck. The 6th floor needs serious help with staffing. Not once within a week did anyone try to help me with showering or cleaning myself. (Couldn't get out of bed alone.) DO NOT GO TO ST MARGARET'S
St. Margaret was amazing, and I believe I received the best care anyone could possibly get! I spent a few nights there and was definitely the youngest person on the unit. The nurses were great! Even the janitorial staff were friendly and talked to me.
Absolutely phenomenal staff on the 3rd floor! From the nurse manager all the way to the housekeeper I have never witnessed a kinder staff during any other inpatient hospital experience, of which I have had many. However, the building itself is very poorly maintained.
We left after 2 hours of waiting for a doctor. Absolutely ridiculous for a hospital…with nobody else waiting to be seen. Don’t arrive before 6 am thinking you will miss the rush. You will get stuck there for hours. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. We won’t be returning.
Absolutely great experience at the ER.... from registration to discharge. Dr. Pollock & Brittiny were absolutely phenomenal. They exhibited compassion & care. This is why I choose St. Margaret for all my care from my lab work to my specialist I see. Thank you for all you do St. Margo staff!!!
