Trying to fill an order for a home sleep study. I’m calling during businesses hours. No answer and the mailbox for the “new home sleep study” extension is full.
My husband was referred there by our pcp and he's called 3 times and no one has returned his phone calls. They say they answer in24 to 48 hrs and we know THATS A LIE
I had an easy and pleasant experience scheduling a study for myself and my husband. The actual sleep study was also easy and the staff excellent. If you need the number just look it up on Google under upmc sleep lab.
I have been trying to get the device for my a sleep acnea for about two months. It was approved by the doctor that is treating my condition long time ago. Every time I call the nurse in charge of this she never answers the phone calls neither answer back.
